The story of Hankook Chinaware began in 1943 in Cheongju, South Korea. What started as a small pottery workshop has grown into Korea’s most iconic tableware brand, representing over 80 years of craftsmanship and innovation.

As the first company in Korea to master the art of fine Bone China in 1974, we have set the standard for quality. Today, our products grace the tables of the Korean Blue House, the White House, and the British Royal Family, exporting the elegance of Korean ceramics to over 50 countries worldwide.

Hankook Chinaware is proud to be the only ceramic brand in Korea that manages the entire production process—from raw material processing to the final glaze—within our own domestic facilities in Cheongju.
